GENEVA: In a document just published by the International Metalworkers' Federation, entitled "Economic Globalisation and Crises: Challenges for Metalworkers," the international trade union organisation examines the financial crises and imbalances which have occurred with increasing frequency since the demise of the Bretton Woods system of fixed exchange rates.
