- Funding for the Federation consists of:
- Statutory annual subscriptions from affiliated unions as determined by the Congress, and
- B. Voluntary contributions.
- The annual subscription of CHF 1.10 per member is payable according to Gross National Product (GNP) on the basis of the six groups below. For the purpose of these rules, GNP is as determined by the United Nations.
- The minimum annual subscription by any affiliate shall be no less than CHF 250.
- Subscriptions to be paid for the first year by newly affiliated organisations shall be calculated in proportion to the organisation's date of affiliation.
- Subscriptions are to be paid in the first half of each year, on the basis of the number of members at the end of the previous year.
- To the extent that these subscriptions should not be sufficient, the Central Committee is entitled to raise them accordingly.
- The Executive Committee will determine guidelines to apply for the transition to the subscription system in this Article.
