- Affiliated organisations shall have responsibility for carrying out decisions following from the IMF mission and the maintenance of contacts between the Federation and affiliated organisations.
- National sections or committees may be established - at the expense of the organisations concerned - in countries where the IMF has more than one affiliate in order to maintain relations between them and with the IMF Secretariat.
- The expenses of the national committees shall be borne by the affiliated organisations in the country concerned.
