Zambia’s Mining Union Sees Threat of Casual Labour

The Mineworkers Union of Zambia blasted the use of casual labour as a new and growing threat against the work/life social structure.

MUZ Gen. Sec. Ernest Mutale told the nation that new investment arriving into Zambia is intent on utilizing contract labour, a fact opposite of what these investors must do in their home countries, he said.
