Shell Stand-Alone Union in Montreal Joins Canadian CEP

The CEP, meanwhile, welcomed 340 Shell oil workers from Montreal into their ranks. An unaffiliated local union there voted to join Canada’s dominate energy, paper and communications union and will become CEP Local 121.
